Maxx Bubbles: we fill the yard, you do the chasing

Blasters, machines, wands and solution by the jug. Everything we make exists for one moment: a kid running flat out after something that pops the second it is caught.

Who is doing the chasing?

Start with the kid, not the toy. Age, patience and how far they like to run decide more than the box does.

Ages 2 to 4, never stands still

Give them something to push. The Bubble-N-Go Mower makes bubbles only while it rolls, with no batteries to change.

Ages 3 and up, wants to be in charge

A bubble blaster puts the stream in their hand. Squeeze handles for small grips, triggers for bigger ones.

Mixed ages, one backyard

Set a bubble machine in the middle and let everybody chase the same cloud.

Twenty guests and counting

Hand out wands at the gate and keep a jug of solution on the porch.

Super fun, tons of bubbles!

Works great! Love that it comes with bubble solution, I didn’t have any issues with spills or leaks at all and the one I got blows tons of bubbles! Nice and lightweight for a toddler, tons of fun to run around with dad in the yard “blowing” leaves. Perfect for Father’s Day!

Good Goody Bag Stuffer

These are great for kids except the wands disconnect from the handles easily and are hard to reattach. But we bought a bulk buy of them to give out to my kids’ classmates and they were reasonably priced and are big so they get a lot of bubbles.

Lots of bubbles

Cute bubble torch with music. Torch was easy to put together. We did have some issues with it wanting to fall over, even with the steak. It put out so many bubbles! It only lasted about 5 minutes and we had to fill it up again. The music was a good touch and made it seem more fun. Overall the kids loved it.

It's very cute, simple, and easy to use....

I actually bought this for my dog. She loves to chase bubbles. It's working just fine and it is very simple. The extra flowers and leaf stems are bubble wands, so, makes for a fun activity. The only thing I do not like is the fact that a strong gush of wind knocks it right over. But it's a great price for the cute machine.

Asked before the first bubble

The questions that come up at the hose, answered plainly.

Are Maxx Bubbles non-toxic?

Yes. Our listings describe the solution as non-toxic. The ready-to-use bottles are made with purified micro-filtered water and contain no phthalates. The solution is not for consumption.

Does the Light Up Bubble Blaster come with batteries?

No. It requires 4 AA batteries, which are not included. It does light up and it runs continuously after one press of the trigger.

Can I use Maxx Bubbles concentrate in any bubble machine?

Our 32 oz concentrate is designed for bubble machines, wands, blasters and giant bubble makers. Mix 1 cup with 9 cups of water for regular use.

How long does the rechargeable party bubble machine run?

Up to 45 minutes of bubbles on a single charge, according to the listing. The tank holds 16 ounces and can be refilled while you go.

Which Maxx Bubbles toy is right for a two-year-old?

The Bubble-N-Go Mower is the one listed for ages 2 to 4. It needs no batteries and makes bubbles only while it is being pushed.

How many bubble wands come in a pack?

Our 14.6 inch wands come in packs of 6 and 24, and by the case of 12 six-packs. Mini wands with star tops come 40 to a pack.

The Maxx Bubbles backyard plan: the right toy, enough solution and the batteries nobody remembers

This is what we would tell a neighbor leaning over the fence. Match the toy to the afternoon you are actually planning, know how much solution that afternoon drinks, buy the cells on the way home, and let the weather work for you instead of against you.

Four afternoons, four different toys

One toddler, a patio and twenty minutes

Skip anything with a switch. The Bubble-N-Go Mower makes bubbles only while it rolls, so the child sets the pace, and the Mess Free Bucket keeps the solution inside when it tips. One 4 ounce bottle is a whole session at this age.

A birthday with a dozen guests

One machine set upwind does the atmosphere; a 24-pack of wands does the favors. Keep a 16 ounce bottle of ready-made solution beside the machine and top it up between games, not after it runs dry.

Cousins of every age in one yard

Let a walking machine such as the Dancing Crab loose for the small ones and hand each older kid a blaster. Nobody shares a trigger, nobody waits, and the little ones chase whatever drifts their way.

A cookout that runs past sunset

Choose the light-up models: the Tiki Torch Bubbler glows from 4 feet up on its built-in battery, the Bubble Light Show spins disco lights at knee height. Put both on charge in the afternoon so they are full when the sun goes.

What the weather does to a bubble

Bubbles live longest in cool, damp air: early morning, the hour after the sprinkler, a humid evening. Hot dry noon pops them fastest, and the wind decides where they travel. Stand the machine with the breeze at its back so the stream crosses the yard instead of the fence, and send the chasers to the downwind side.

Where to run it

Grass forgives everything. Solution leaves a slick film on smooth decking and pool surrounds, so keep machines on the lawn or on a patio you can hose down afterward. Walking toys such as the crab and the dino want a flat stretch without steps, and grass taller than their wheels stops them.

Packing up

Pour what is left in the tank back into the bottle, rinse wands and nozzles under the tap and leave everything open to dry. Dried solution is what clogs a toy between weekends. Mixed solution keeps in a closed, labeled jug out of the sun, out of reach of the youngest.

When a toy stops mid-chase

Nine times in ten it is thirsty, tired or not primed. Refill it, swap every cell at once or put it on charge, and give blowers like the leaf blower about 30 seconds pointed upward before the stream starts. The rest of the fixes live on our returns page.

Screenshot this before you order

  1. Read the battery line on each listing and put those cells in the cart; the blasters arrive without them.
  2. Wands: one per guest, plus two for the ones that land in the grass.
  3. A machine at a party wants a 16 ounce bottle beside it, not only the 4 ounce one it came with.
  4. Light-up and rechargeable toys need a full charge the afternoon before.
  5. The Light Up Blaster and the mini fruit blower arrive in a random color or fruit.
  6. Check the listed age: 2 to 4 for the mower, 3 and up for everything else.

The sun is out. That is the whole invitation.

Pick a blaster, a machine or a box of wands, and let the yard do what yards are for.
